Industrial chillers need to be strictly debugged before leaving the factory (the debugging time is no less than 24 hours). Only correct debugging can the normal operation of the refrigeration unit be guaranteed.
Refrigeration unit commissioning preparations
1. Check whether the installation of the chiller meets the technical requirements, and whether the connecting pipes, dimensions, specifications, materials, etc. meet the requirements.
2. Check whether the circuit system of the chiller meets the requirements and is normal.
3. Carry out water flow test, flush the dirt in the waterway system, check whether the water pump is normal, whether the circulating water volume meets the working condition requirements, etc.
4. Check whether the pressure gauge, temperature gauge and sensor on the pipeline are normal.
5. Check whether the water pressure in the pipeline is in normal condition.
6. Safety protection equipment that needs to be prepared during operation
debug
1. Check whether the valves everywhere are in a normal open state and do not close them.
2. Check whether the power supply voltage is normal.
3. After starting the chiller, check whether the parameters of the unit are normal.
4. Record various data of the chiller.
5. After the unit has been debugged and run, pay attention to whether the upper and lower compressor mechanisms are working properly.
6. If any abnormality occurs during debugging, stop the machine immediately and conduct inspection.
The industrial chiller must be cleaned and dried internally before debugging. Failure to do so will cause various malfunctions during debugging.
